General Booking Terms & Conditions for Spa Treatments

 

Appointment Reservation

Each treatment is carefully prepared and reserved exclusively for you. To ensure the highest quality of service and a seamless spa experience, we reserve your preferred appointment time as well as the dedicated time of our therapists specifically for you.

To provide the highest level of service quality and flexibility for all guests, the final allocation of treatment times is arranged as part of our daily spa scheduling. Therefore, your treatment may take place up to 30 minutes before or after the originally reserved time. Naturally, we will inform you in advance of any changes.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept these Booking Terms & Conditions.

 

Arrival

Please arrive at the Spa Reception 5–10 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow your experience to begin in a relaxed manner.

 

Late Arrival

In the event of late arrival, the duration of your treatment will be shortened accordingly to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. The full treatment price remains payable. No entitlement to an extension of the treatment or a price reduction shall arise.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

As your treatment is reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 70% of the treatment price.
• In the event of a no-show, 100% of the treatment price will be charged.

 

Substitute Guest

You are welcome to nominate another person to attend the booked treatment under the same terms and conditions at any time.

 

Health Information

Please inform our spa team before your treatment if you are pregnant or if you have any allergies, injuries, acute illnesses, recent surgeries, cardiovascular conditions, or any other health concerns.

Our spa treatments are intended solely for relaxation and well-being and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If, upon arrival, it becomes apparent that a treatment cannot be carried out safely or can only be performed with limitations due to health-related reasons, we reserve the right, in the interest of your safety, to modify or decline the treatment. In such cases, no charges will apply, provided that the health condition was not known or reasonably apparent before the treatment.

 

Minors

Spa treatments for children and minors are available only within the scope of the respective spa programme and, where applicable, only with the consent or in the presence of a parent or legal guardian.

 

Preferred Therapist

We will gladly accommodate requests for a specific therapist whenever possible. However, we cannot guarantee treatment by a particular therapist.

 

Changes by the Hotel

Should a treatment be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, such as therapist illness or operational requirements, we reserve the right to:

• offer an equivalent treatment,
• assign another qualified therapist, or
• reschedule the appointment in consultation with you.

If no suitable alternative can be arranged, any payments already made will, of course, be refunded in full.

 

Payment

Spa treatments will be charged to your room account and settled upon departure.

All prices include the applicable statutory Value Added Tax (VAT).

 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers may be redeemed for spa services in accordance with their validity and value. Cash redemption of vouchers or any remaining balance is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

 

Peace & Relaxation

Our spa is a place of tranquillity and relaxation. We kindly ask all guests to keep mobile phones on silent mode and to be considerate of the comfort and privacy of other guests.

 

Online Bookings

By completing an online booking, a binding agreement for the reserved treatment appointment is concluded.

For services provided at a specific date and time, there is no statutory right of withdrawal, in accordance with Section 18 (1) No. 10 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz – FAGG).

 

Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of handling your booking and in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations (please refer to our Privacy Policy).

 

Final Provisions

These Booking Terms & Conditions shall be governed exclusively by Austrian law.

Should any provision of these Booking Terms & Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
