To warm up the muscles, a warm fango pack is applied to the back at the beginning of the treatment. It stimulates the metabolism of the muscles and connective tissue, improves blood circulation, and allows the body to absorb valuable minerals. During this time, the head and shoulders are massaged. The treatment concludes with a back massage.
